CMA endeavours to target capacity building initiatives for the Association and its members at every single level to make and implement decisions and perform functions in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner.

At the individual level, the CMA strives to change attitudes and behaviors for its Members but imparting knowledge and developing skills while maximizing the benefits of participation, knowledge exchange and ownership. This has been achieved through various training programmes, business development activities, workshops for in depth discussion of specific topics that include but are not limited to:

At the institutional level we focus on the overall organizational performance and functioning capabilities, as well as the ability of an organization to adapt to change.
