At the systemic level CMA strives to work on the overall policy framework in which we operate and interact with the external environment  through advocacy initiatives, consultations, open dialogue and reforms among others.

  • CMA supports the government’s efforts (both national and county) of ensuring that trade is not impacted by technical and economic barriers that may arise via legislative actions.
  • We aim to continue advancing independent, fact-based data to relevant Government bodies to make informed decisions on emerging and potential inhibitors to trade, both on a local and international basis.
  • CMA supports and appreciates the work done by various Government bodies and regulators to facilitate the industry’s needs and achieve growth. In Kenya CMA works closely with the Government through various Ministries and partners:
